We all had a great holiday - thank you! 

The Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay was great - excellent location and very friendly.  Breakfast was great, pool excellent, room etc - all great.  We absolutely loved Singapore.  Had enough time to do many things - but gosh it's so amazing - I think you'd need a good week to cover everything.

Phuket was sooo relaxing and we needed it after running around Singapore!  Like the location of the Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach, Phuket  - it was a bit 'out of town' however nice not to be amongst the hustle & bustle of Kata town.  Kata was a great location - had a bit more trees creating shade on the beach than the likes of Karon where you couldn't get out of the sun.  We went into Patong for the afternoon & Simon show, and wouldn't recommend it for families.  Great for an 'experience' though.

The Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach, Phuket  is very close to the beach.  Close enough to get up and have a quick swim at the beach before breakfast.  Restaurants across the road (beachfront) were fabulous too, and no need to go into Kata town to find a restaurant facing the busy street.

Pick-ups from and to the airport by Absolutely Fantastic was good.  Next time we could arrange this ourselves, but good for 1st timers.  Su (Our transfer rep) met us the first morning to arrange any trips that we wanted to do.  This was great, and she spoke very good English, so there was no mis-interpretations.  

The massage from Let’s Relax was great - 5 star service.  Bit of a trek up the hill behind the Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach - but well worth it. 

Timing of flights worked well too - all in all - fantastic holiday.
