Hi Liz,

Sincere apologies in taking so long to get back to you, the last 2 weeks have been insane as no one was covering my work so I have been playing catch up!

I know that mum has already called you so I am probably repeating what she already said but we had such an amazing time!! Everything was so well organised and went so smoothly, which helps when you’re after a stress-free holiday J

So a very big thank you to all you did for us, I have recommended you and your company to so many people and I will probably be in touch again next year to go again!

All the transfers were great, friendly staff and always on time. The Centara Karon Resort Phuket was amazing, great staff and the buffet breakfast was to die for! The area was perfect with everything you needed so close and the beach each was so much nicer than in Patong.

Phi Phi Island was lovely and relaxing with great excursions offered, the only thing I will say is that the majority of the staff did not speak English so this became frustrating when trying to do the simplest of tasks such as trying to pay your final hotel room bill. We spoke to a number of other guests who were finding the same problem. The restaurants at the Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort were pretty average but the small village behind the hotel was amazing! This would be a great thing to tell your clients as the hotel doesn’t mention it, I only found it because of trip-advisor. When we tried to ask a few hotel staff for the directions they all said there was no village (presumably because they want you to eat in the hotel?!). But its very easy to find and only a 2min walk, there are about 15 different restaurants in the village and the food was amazing and so cheap, we ate at the Oasis restaurant every day!

Bangkok was great and we did a lot of shopping hehe, the Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri was lovely with friendly staff and a great location.
