I'm so sorry it has taken me this long to get back to you! Firstly, thank you for booking our wonderful holiday and we were so happy with your choices. I was sitting in my lounger at Kata beach sipping on a cocktail and it reminded me of how long it has been since we have been away and just relaxed!

Value for money was a 10 out of 10 and we couldn't believe how cheap the holiday was.

Phuket:

Transfers stream less, accommodation was great at Beyond Resort Kata. The service at the pool and the pizzeria was great and the food was pretty good from there. The breakfast in the main dining restaurant was as expected but the night buffet was awful, so we only used one of the free vouchers there as I got sick as the seafood was cold because all the burners had blown out. We did notice that it was empty just about every night and there was a band playing with nobody listening so tell your punters to stick to the outside restaurant which services the pool area. There were so many great restaurants around us and we couldn't believe how cheap they were so the only meal we didn't enjoy out of the 8 days was the buffet so great result!!!

I loved the location of the poolside room being on the ground floor, but I wouldn't book this room again as it didn't get any sun at all so was quite cold, so we used the main pool. We were really pleased you picked Kata versus Karon & Patong as it suited us perfectly. We found a great tailor and got plenty of clothes made and we loved that there was so much to do right outside the resort.

Kuala Lumpur:

Loved the location of the Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur and the club lounge was one of the best we have been in. It was so good I had to drag Nick out or we would have spent the whole time there. It was great to have a pool as it was super-hot when we were there. We love the Pavilion and the closeness to the local restaurants as well. The staff were magnificent and whilst we couldn't pay for a late check out as they didn't have any available, they did let us stay in the club lounge and use the showers etc, so it was fantastic. The only thing I would be mindful of is we had to get shifted after 2 nights as if you are on the road side of the Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur there is a night club that plays heavy base music until 4.30am in the morning and we got zero sleep until they moved us to the other side of the Hotel.

The Spa's in both properties were fantastic too.

I have recommended you to hundreds of my customers that come into Mexicali so hopefully you might be able to gain some business from it and we will be using your services again. We were very lucky with the weather and it only rained as we were leaving Malaysia.
